Insurance platform procurement decision

The procurement was conducted as a negotiation procedure and as a result, Finnish Mutual Patient Insurance Company decided to choose iFACTS AB as the supplier of its insurance platform. The implementation project starts immediately, and the system is expected to be in production in autumn 2022.

With the procurement of the insurance platform, the company aims for better and more reliable management and processing of customer relations and insurance policies. The goal is to reduce the risk associated with managing customer relations and policies, to improve data security and data protection of customer and insurance information and to meet regulatory requirements.
