Commissioning of an archiving system

Finnish Mutual Patient Insurance Company has commissioned Istekki Archive service, which is an electronic solution for data management and archiving and it uses Canon Therefore as software solution.

With the new archiving system, the company aims for better management and continuity of the information lifecycle. The goal is to reduce the risk associated with data management, to improve data security and data protection and to meet regulatory requirements.

The company has aimed for a paper-free office environment and adopted electronic processes since the beginning of its operations and the new archiving system also supports this goal.
